On the morning of November 4, Comrade Yang Chengjun, member of the Party Committee of the Public Security Department and Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, presided over an enlarged meeting of the Party Committee of the College for studying and conveying the spirit of the 5th Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
